How We Make Our Sheet Metal Figurine
Metal casting has been around for 7,000 years and is a very common way to produce metal figurines. During this process molten metal transfers from the crucible into moulds which are then allowed to cool down before being taken off as an object that perfectly replicates its original form.
Casting metal figurines is a low cost process, but it requires careful finishing to achieve the desired results. If you want your product’s surface smooth and mirror-like in appearance then this may not be ideal for what you’re going after since fine detail work will need additional attention before being finalized off with perfection.
