CREATING ARTWORK FOR APPROVAL
When creating laser engraving artwork for a trophy, customer should first provide the names of the people or teams who will be receiving the trophy, as well as the logo or other design that they would like to have engraved. Once this information has been provided, our designer can create a drawing using design software. Once the customer has approved the design, we can pass on the artwork to laser engraving machine.
LASER ENGRAVING PROCESS
Engraving a stainless steel plate with a laser engraving machine is a precise process that results in a beautiful, permanent piece of artwork. The stainless steel plate is placed on the bed of the laser engraving machine and secured in place. Then, the laser engraver’s lens is focused on the plate and the artwork is created by moving the laser beam over the surface of the plate. The stainless steel plate absorbs the heat from the laser beam, which melts the metal and creates the engraved design. The laser engraving machine is able to create very intricate and detailed designs, making it a popular choice for creating trophy plates.
Detachable trophy design to minimise breakage during shipping
Most people have experienced the disappointment of a broken trophy. Whether it’s a figurine that was damaged in transit or an acrylic trophy base that shattered, breakage is a common issue during shipping.
To minimise the risk of breakage, the golfbag miniature can be detached from the trophy base and they are held together with magnet. Both the figurine and trophy base are then packed separately. By taking these measures, you can help ensure that your trophies arrive safely at their destination.
